Seems like a final approach to the next release.

What is left - only final tests to be sure. And maybe, few cosmetic touchs to the proxies reaction about the pregnancy. :)

But I must to ask all of you not to expect too many new content in this version. There will be some, yes, but this release is mostly focused on the finishing engine. If nothing go wrong, this is will be last alpha version. Then next one will be declared as beta. And I think, it can be first, where 90% of my time will be spent on the content directly. :)

  1. I consider myself warned. :) No hard feelings if there isn't so much new stuff and though I am not certain at all what you mean by FINISHING engine, I'll remain waiting to experience it.

    (something to finish me, for sure, lol)

  2. Finishing - all before planned features coded. Mainly it's about scripting support and interface. So after engine is finished, all new content can be added without coding something - it's will be done only by using ingame editors, and scripting. And anyone will can do it as easy as I'm.

  3. good to hear you managed to finish the last parts of the actual engine for the game. cant wait to actualy see it used and expanded on. just out of curiosity what type of beings are you planning on including in short term for the dna system?

  4. I'm not sure who will be first, as I have several variants. :) But felines can be first, as some them already seen in game as NPC. :)

    Cowgirls is definitely in plans, but I still not finished full game concept for them. (Belanika is technicaly human, and though some of her current changes is in her genetic too, but she not true cowgirl).

  5. Ok with felines and no problem with cowgirls, either, though I imagine that the concept of a cowgirl could mean quite different things to different people.

    On the other hand I have enjoyed the idea of human proxies and I hope that you can still keep them in game, too.

    1. Cowgirs - as race. :) (Like Marble from CoC, if you now who is she.) Girls with cow traits. Though they probably will be named different in game.

      As for the human proxies - I'm not just keep them. Other races even not will be directly acessible at early stages - player will need to work for geting access to them. :)

  6. Any rough time frame for the next update? Really enjoyed the game so far, looking forward to the finished engine :) keep up the good work.
    By the way, I remember you saying English isn't your first language, its not that noticeable in the game but if you want proof readers I can do grammar but probably not spelling or punctuation :) (generally I'm a lurker because I have no artistic skill at all but this once I saw a way I could contribute and thought I'd jump on it)

    1. I preffered not to set any dates, to not disappoint with false promises. "When it's done" - (c) One Big Gamedev Company. :)

      But today I can slightly step asside from this: next version very close to publishing - I'm already freezed it's state and only check for errors. So release will be in a day, or a few more.

      For helping with grammar - thanks. But, if you not sure about it, better not to force youself. If you really like to help, there is pretty much to do. For example, next version will not have pictures for few scenes - if you can find suitable it's will be good. Or maybe you will have some ideas for me to use in the further scenarios.
